This policy outlines how we manage data across our website, applications, dashboards, and any services integrated with Instagram through Meta’s API.

When you connect your Instagram Business or Creator Account to any AJNIHA system:

  • Instagram User ID

  • Instagram Username

  • Permissions you grant through Meta OAuth Login

C. System & Technical Data
  • IP address

  • Browser details

  • Device type

  • Session data

  • Security logs

D. Content Uploaded by You
  • Text, documents, URLs

  • Images or media

  • Notes or project details

  • Any content added by you inside our application

We collect only the information necessary to provide our services effectively.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used ONLY to:

  • Run PR, media, and content-driven activities

  • Manage Instagram-linked services

  • Authenticate your account securely

5. User Rights to Add, Manage & Delete Data

AJNIHA LLC-FZ believes in You Own Your Data.

  • Add new data

  • Connect or disconnect your Instagram at any time

  • Permanently delete your data whenever you choose

All data added by you belongs to you, and you have complete control over it.

6. How Users Can Delete Their Own Data

You have full rights to delete your data from AJNIHA systems.

✔️ Option 1: Delete Data Inside the AJNIHA Application

Users can delete:

  • Uploaded content

  • Profile details

  • Project information

  • Linked data
    directly from their dashboard or settings section.

Once deleted, this data is permanently removed from our active servers.

7. How Users Can Delete Their Data by Deleting Their Instagram Access
A. Delete Your Data Through the AIO Application

To remove any of your accounts or data from AIO:

  1. Open the AIO application

  2. Go to the “Business” section

  3. Search for the specific account you want to remove

  4. Once your account appears, click on “Delete”

  5. Your account and all data linked to it will be immediately and permanently deleted from the AIO system

This ensures full user control and instant data removal without needing support.

B. Delete Instagram-Linked Data by Removing Access

If your AIO account is connected to Instagram, deleting that connection will also delete all stored Instagram data.

Option 1 – Remove Instagram Access from AIO
  • Go to Settings → Connected Accounts

  • Select your Instagram account

  • Click Remove / Delete Access

Once removed, the following are deleted:

  • Instagram ID

  • Insights & Analytics

  • Tokens

  • Stored profile data

  • All Instagram-related information

Option 2 – Remove AIO Access from Instagram

You can also revoke AIO’s access directly in Instagram:

Instagram App → Settings → Security → Apps & Websites → Active → Remove AIO

Once removed, AIO immediately deletes all related data from its system.

If the user deletes their Instagram account

All associated Instagram data stored in AIO is automatically erased from our system.

8. Data Retention

We keep your data only for the period required to:

  • Deliver active services

  • Comply with legal regulations

  • Maintain financial records

  • Support reporting or dispute resolution

After this time, your data is permanently deleted from our active and backup systems.

9. Complete Data Deletion (Right to Erasure)

A user can request full deletion of:

  • Their account

  • Their Instagram data

  • Project files

  • Uploaded content

  • Communication logs

  • Account history

Upon receiving a verified request:

  1. We verify the request for security

  2. All data linked to the user is removed from active servers

  3. Backups are purged in the next cleanup cycle

  4. A confirmation email is issued

This ensures 100% irreversible deletion.

10. Data Breach Response

In the rare event of a breach:

  • We immediately isolate affected systems

  • Assess and contain the situation

  • Notify affected users

  • Report the incident if required

  • Apply permanent fixes

  • Maintain transparency throughout

11. Third-Party Integrations

Some services rely on trusted third-party providers:

  • Meta (Instagram API)

  • Payment Gateways

  • Hosting Providers

  • Analytics Tools

All partners follow strict privacy and security policies.
